School Book Fair - November 30 - December 7
Book fair flyers were sent home today.  We will visit the book fair on Tuesday, December 1.

Thursday, December 3 - No School - Parent Teacher Conferences

This morning  the kindergarten classes gathered together in the cafeteria for a sing along and snack.  Later in the morning, we had an all school C.A.R.E.S. assembly.  At the sing along we read Hogooneh and sang Turn The World Around and Thanks A Lot.

Wednesday, November 18 - Used Book Store
Francis Wyman's used book sale will be open at the start of school on Wednesday, November 18.  Children may purchase a used book for 25 cents or bring in a book (no board books) to trade.  This activity is optional.  If you would like your child to purchase a book, please send in 25 cents in a baggy or envelope labeled with your child's name.

Have you heard about the baby snapping turtle in our room?  The turtle is on loan from the Burlington Science Center.  As part of our nonfiction writing program, we will research turtles and write about turtles in a research notebook.
