Kindergarten families and friends are invited to the Kindergarten Museum. Come and see your child’s artwork on display in the Egyptian, Self-Portrait, Contemporary, Impressionist, and Continents/Multicultural Galleries (kindergarten classrooms). Admission price is one cent.

Ask your child about painting with warm colors (red, yellow, orange), cool colors (blue, green, purple), marble painting, fingerprint flowers and Kandinsky circles.

Mrs. Smith showed us how to decorate tiles using rubbing alcohol ink.

A big thank you to Mr. Mason, FW's hardworking custodian, who took the time to visit our classroom and read Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss.

Mr. M. and Ms. P., from The Burlington Science Center, presented an Electricity show on Friday, March 3.

A note from Mrs. Murphy regarding the Used Bookstore . . . 

Due to the higher cost of replacing books for our used bookstore, we will be raising the price of a book to 50 cents starting at our next bookstore on Wednesday, March 22.  Since we have not raised our price in close to 15 years, we have done well.  The cost to replace each book that is sold is $1.00.  As always, any book donations are appreciated.  If you are cleaning out unused children's books or children's magazines, please consider donating them to the FW Used Bookstore.  Books can be sent to the main office.
